Package Options

The exact contents of your order depend on the package selected on the product page:

• Full Costume: Generally includes the mascot head, body or outfit, matching hands or gloves, and feet or shoe covers unless otherwise stated.
• Mascot Head Only: Includes the custom mascot head only. Clothing, body pieces, hands and feet are not included.
• Mascot Body Only: Includes the wearable body or outfit without the mascot head. Included pieces may vary according to the character design.

3. Provide the required colors, measurements, clothing details and special requests.

Artwork and Design Requirements

Clear front, side and back views are recommended when available. Accepted reference materials may include JPG, PNG or PDF files. High-resolution artwork helps us understand character details, colors and logo placement more accurately.

If you do not have complete artwork, you may provide a logo, sketch, photo or written description. Additional information may be requested before production begins.
