Free Shipping is available to all countries and regions we serve. If you need your mascot sooner, you can upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional fee per product.

Choose this option when you need faster delivery. The express fee is applied to each product in your order.

Production times

Orders are made and dispatched from China. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Existing designs

2–4 working days

For existing-design costumes, including custom-size orders, after the required order details and measurements have been confirmed.

If you request changes to the design, colors, logos or other features, please confirm the production schedule with us before ordering.

Custom from your design

3–7 working days

For a completely custom mascot based on your artwork, including our US$799 full custom costume, after the final design details and wearer measurements have been confirmed.

Time spent clarifying or confirming artwork, measurements or other required specifications is additional to the production time stated above.

Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Add the applicable production period: 2–4 working days for existing designs, including custom-size orders, or 3–7 working days for completely custom costumes made from your design, after the required specifications are confirmed.

For personalized changes to an existing design, use the production schedule confirmed with our team. Time needed to clarify or confirm order details is additional.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Remote-area delivery, customs clearance, public holidays, severe weather or carrier delays may extend the schedule. Contact us before ordering if you have a fixed event date.
