Yes. Custom sizing is included at no extra charge for our standard mascot designs. Please provide the wearer’s actual height, weight, chest, waist, hip, head circumference, and shoe size. We may request additional measurements for certain designs.

Yes. Choose a costume from our collection and send us the product link together with the changes you need. We can customize colors, logos, lettering, clothing, character details, and certain materials. Available options and pricing depend on the design.

Yes. We can turn your original artwork, sketch, character sheet, or reference images into a wearable mascot costume. For the best result, please provide front, side, and back views, preferred colors, logos, wearer information, quantity, delivery destination, and event date.

Personalizing an existing mascot design starts with the costume price plus a US$45.99 customization fee. A completely new mascot made from your artwork starts at US$799. Final pricing may vary depending on complexity, materials, accessories, quantity, and delivery requirements.

Possibly. Please send us the height and body measurements of everyone who will wear the costume. We will review the size range and let you know whether one costume can provide a suitable fit for multiple performers.

Yes. NextMascot is based in China and ships mascot costumes to customers worldwide. Please provide a complete delivery address, postal code, telephone number, and contact name when placing your order.

We offer free standard shipping and express shipping. Express shipping costs US$120 per product. Delivery time depends on the destination, selected shipping method, and time required to prepare your order.

The total delivery time includes both production and shipping. Standard costumes are generally produced within 2–4 working days, while shipping time varies by country and shipping method. If you have a fixed event date, contact us before ordering so we can check the estimated schedule.

We ship via a duty-paid courier service and cover all customs duties, import taxes (including VAT/GST), and customs clearance charges.

If your shipment is held by customs, please cooperate with clearance. If you pay any charges, keep the invoices and payment receipts, then email them with your order and tracking numbers to sale@nextmascot.com.

We review and issue full reimbursement to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving complete documents. There is no fixed application deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards processed through PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. The payment methods available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Standard, non-personalized products may be returned or exchanged if you contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original components and packaging. Please obtain return approval and instructions before sending anything back.

Customized products can only be returned for verified quality issues or production errors. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for costumes made with custom measurements, colors, logos, artwork, or other personalized features.

Email sale@nextmascot.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, clear photos or videos, and photos of the packaging and shipping label if the item was damaged in transit. Please do not use, wash, alter, or repair the costume before contacting us.

Cleaning requirements vary by material and construction. Spot cleaning with a soft cloth and mild detergent is generally recommended. Avoid machine washing, strong chemicals, and high heat unless the costume’s care instructions specifically allow them. Make sure every part is completely dry before storing it in a clean, cool, and ventilated place.

Many mascot costumes can be used outdoors, but suitability depends on the design, weather, temperature, and planned activity. Tell us how and where the costume will be used when ordering. Performers should take regular breaks, stay hydrated, and always have an assistant nearby during performances.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible depending on the production stage, but additional charges or extra production time may apply. Some changes cannot be made once materials have been cut or construction has begun.
