A great mascot starts with the person inside. Follow our measurement guide to help us find the right fit for your costume.
Choose an existing mascot design and share the wearer’s measurements with us. Custom sizing is included at no extra charge and still counts as a standard costume order.

The measurement guide
Measure the person inside the costume
Use a flexible measuring tape and wear light, close-fitting clothing. Stand naturally and ask someone to help where possible. Keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

| Chest | Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and your arms relaxed. | cm or inches |
| Waist | Measure around your natural waist. Stand comfortably without holding your breath. | cm or inches |
| Hips | Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together. | cm or inches |
| Head circumference | Measure around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears, around the widest part at the back. | cm or inches |

Send actual measurements
Please do not add extra room to your measurements. Tell us separately if you plan to wear bulky clothing underneath or have particular movement requirements, so we can discuss the fit for your selected design.

These are the wearer’s body measurements, not the finished costume dimensions. We may ask for additional measurements depending on your chosen design.

Common sizing questions
Is custom sizing really free?
Yes. Custom sizing for our standard mascot designs comes at no extra charge. A standard design ordered in your measurements still counts as a standard order.
Does custom sizing take longer?
Standard costumes, including custom sizes, are produced in 2–4 working days. This is production time only; shipping time is additional. Please confirm your measurements before production.
Can I use my usual clothing size?
Please share actual body measurements instead of relying only on a clothing label such as M or XL. Clothing sizes vary, and mascot designs have different shapes and proportions.
Should I measure with shoes on?
Measure your height barefoot and provide your shoe size separately. If you expect to wear particular footwear inside the costume, tell us when sharing your measurements.
Can one costume fit different people?
This depends on the design and the wearers’ measurements. Send the details for everyone who will use the costume so we can discuss a suitable fit before you order.
What if I am unsure about a measurement?
Contact us with the product link and the measurements you have. Tell us which part you are unsure about, and we can help you check what information is needed.
